Job Description

The Production Centralized Disclosure Desk (CDD) Team Lead will be responsible for facilitating document fulfillment for mortgage production.  Effectively manage the team to meet expected closing dates, turn times and compliance requirements.


  • Preparation of procedures for department and maintain and edit training materials for the LOS systems and business process of fulfillment
  • Performs mathematical calculations relating to principal, interest, and other amounts to verify procedures and results are incompliance
  • Analyze, suggest, develop and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and workflow productivity
  • Assist in the development of interpersonal working relationships between department staff
  • Monitor and report any potential or actual violations of policies, practices and procedures to management
  • Lead by example and through the sharing of knowledge and skill in promoting a positive team work environment
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provide training and guidance to department staff
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet timeline deadlines and volume based on pipeline. Some overtime will be required.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Assists in the daily workflow and resolve workflow problems
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned     



Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of mortgage loan origination experience in Processing, Centralized Disclosure Desk, Closing, Quality Control, or Post Closing (emphasis in TRID compliance)
  • Knowledge in the fundamentals of mortgage lending process
  • Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to plan work activities and stay on schedule
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
  • Strong basic math and accounting skills
  • Strong proof reading and auditing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Functional knowledge of basic office machines
