Job Description

This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all investors and third party clients, managing the overall servicing relationship by taking sole ownership/management of one or more of our production channels while addressing their needs, identifying service trends, issues and training opportunities. In addition they will be required to handle escalated matters and ensure overall client satisfaction while partnering with the internal business units, when necessary for resolution.

Responsibilities Include:

• Acts as a front line point of contact for all communication with Credit Unions, Retail production offices, and private investors
• Identifies and responds to client needs/expectations and works with internal business units to facilitate a resolution
• Identifies process gaps impacting the investors and notifies appropriate business units and management to remediate gaps
• Ensures information and communication provided to external Servicing Clients are accurate with timely responses that are written or communicated in a professional format
• Works with management in coordinating servicing-related visits, including annual conferences, trainings, and presentations
• Creates and manages tracking reports for pipeline management, exceptions, escalations, and report findings to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis


Job Requirements

• 3-5 Years Mortgage Servicing Experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Professional demeanor
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues
• Strong attention to detail with intense organizational and follow through skills
• Works independently and demonstrates the ability to take initiative
• Ability to proactively plan and organize to meet client and business needs
• Previous account management/client relations experience
• Ability to define and execute multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
• Team Oriented
• Comprehensive knowledge of Servicing Roles (impounds, payoffs, default, Etc)
